Been a bit slack with training the last few days with the heat and night shifts, but did do three hours walking all up on two of my nights. That was also at 2am, so it works out as good 24hr practice for me.
Got onto the treadmill this morning and did 5.556km in 50 minutes [...]
Did an hour on the treadmill this morning. Covered 6.44km in the hour and broke 6kms in under 57min. Both pb’s for the new machine! Did well anyway and it was good to spend some time going a bit faster (6.6km and 6.8km)
Going to be another hot day in Canberra. Not as hot as Melbourne [...]
My training hasnt been overly successful in the last few days, but have managed to get out three times since last Saturday. Saturday’s walk was for 50 minutes along the Broulee Beach which was fantastic. Myself, one fisherman and the waves coming in were the only company.

Did 40 minutes walking this morning about 7am. Had no real route in mind, but ended up on the bridge that crosses Lake Ginnindarra. Found some new bike paths in my travels and some potential new paths as well which was good. Bit stiff, but did well.
