Mid July update

Hi Friends,  Havent been training as regularly as what I should have been, but when I do its about twice a week and 6-7kms at a time!  Time to ramp it up now!  Im doing an hour comfortably, so time for a bit more distance and more frequently. Hoping to have walked 60km by the end of the month!  That doesnt include the walks at work, so not to bad.

I have decided that if I get to do a few longer races ( 50km in Feb, Canberra 2 day walk, Coburg 24hr, LBG 20 mile ) next year, I am going to do a Solo walk from Wagga to Canberra in 2013.  Not sure which month (wont be summer), but will be doing it to raise awareness for Mens Health and a cancer support group.
